Chinese Cooking Class – Wednesday September 25th – 6:00pm – 9:00pm

If you haven’t had the pleasure of enjoying the “REAL” cuisine of China you will be amazed at the intricate flavours and balances that it offers the palate. Tried, tested and true recipes from our resident master Eddy Ng! He has never disappointed with his food and instruction and is always full of wonderful and entertaining anecdotes. On the menu:

  • Traditional Szechuan style spicy sliced beef shank and tripe tossed with sesame and oyster sauce dressing, served cold –川式夫妻肺片
  • Pan-Fried Bean Curd Sheet wrap with Enokitake mushroom, bamboo shoot, and carrot – 師姑枕頭
  • Hong Kong style soy sauce chicken – Fraser Valley organic chicken slow-cooked in soy sauce brine water -玫瑰豉油雞
  • Stir-fried tiger prawns with traditional Kung Pao sauce, Walla Walla onion, Chili Pepper and Peanuts-宫保炒明蝦球
  • Stir-fried baby bak choy with garlic and fresh ginger –清炒白菜心
  • Pineapple Seafood Egg Fried Rice, Serve in Half Pineapple – 海鮮鳳梨炒飯
  • Chilled Coconut Mango Pudding –  椰子香芒果布丁
