Chinese Kitchen II – Tuesday October 15th, 6:00-9:00pm

It’s ok if you missed Chinese Kitchen I, you can still join the class and eat, learn and laugh with Eddy. He makes the art of Chinese cooking look easy and will show you all the tricks necessary to pull off a fantastic meal at home. On the menu:

  • Grilled Pork Cheek in honey and lime sauce, Thai basil and bean sprout -泰式燒豬頸脊
  • Vegetarian Spring Roll with Sweet Chiles Dipping Sauce -素春卷
  • Sautee Boneless Organic Fraser Valley Chicken in Cantonese style Black Bean Sauce, Sweet Walla Walla Onion, Jasmine rice -豉汁炒雞球
  • Mongolian Beef, stir-fried strip loin beef with scallion and chilies in a savory brown sauce -蒙古牛肉
  • Yangzhou egg fried rice with char-siu (BBQ pork) and prawns -揚州炒飯
  • Stir-fried mix vegetables, broccoli, snow pea, sweet peppers, and bak choy -清炒雜菜
  • Chilled coconut and red bean dessert -椰汁紅豆糕
